Brief Biography
Amanda Ladika is the Manager of Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development whose mission is to promote evidence-based interventions that are effective in reducing antisocial behavior and promoting a healthy course of youth development and adult maturity. She also serves as a Data Analyst on multi-state and local Colorado dissemination efforts of the BotvinLifeSkills Training (LST) program. Her long history at CU Boulder includes working on program evaluations and research projects examining the etiology of delinquent behavior and successful adolescent development.
