Amanda Matthews supports the implementation of research-based practices that promote safe and healthy environments for youth, schools, and communities. Her main areas of work include improving systems for culture and climate as well as threat assessment, bystander response and reporting, and information sharing. She grounds her work in strong relationships, implementation science, and data-driven approaches.
