Dr. Sarah Goodrum, research professor at the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence (CSPV) and Boulder Valley School District (BVSD) partnered together to educate parents on safety tools they can use and were advised in workshops about gun violence in schools. The presentation took place Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Centaurus High School in Lafayette, where parents were invited to take part in de-escalation discussions.
