Safe2Tell at CU Boulder
Safe2Tell, Colorado’s anonymous reporting platform, allows students, faculty, staff, and community members to safely report safety concerns to people who can help. Up until recently, Safe2Tell was primarily promoted in K-12 settings, but CSPV’s Violence Prevention Project has raised awareness about the platform at CU.
Safe2Tell’s Reporting Process
Safe2Tell’s reporting process is simple. Call 1-877-542-7233 to speak with a live, trained analyst or fill out a form on the Safe2Tell website (safe2tell.org) or mobile app (available in the App Store and Google Play). Reports can be made 24/7, 365 days a year, and in multiple languages.

Early intervention is the key to preventing violence and saving lives. Safe2Tell is a valuable resource for reporting safety-related concerns and supporting early intervention. Reports can be made about personal safety or the safety of others.
CU has many avenues for sharing safety concerns and for seeking support, counseling, or referrals. Learn more about the other avenues for sharing concerns and seeking support on campus at CU Boulder’s Don’t Ignore It page.
