LifeSkills Training (LST) Cost Calculator
This online form helps to approximate the expenses of implementing Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST). LST is a product and property of National Health Promotion Associates (NHPA) and all costs are set by NHPA.
Middle School Cost Information
On-Site Training workshop. Cost for a one-day training workshop is $3500 and optional two-day workshop is $7000 (up to 20 people). Two-day workshops include more trainer modeling and teacher practice. For more than 20 people, multiple workshops will be calculated based upon the numbers needing training. Travel costs for the trainer are in addition to the training fee and estimated at $1500 for one-day and $1800 for two-day. Lunch/food not included in training fees.
Online Trainings. If fewer than five teachers need to be trained, an online training is a cost-effective option at $250 per person.
Phone consultation (technical assistance) to support program implementation is available as needed.
Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop. Cost is $1070 per participant for a TOT workshop.
Middle School Materials
- Cost per Student Guide: Level 1 = $6.60; Level 2 = $5.50; Level 3 = $4.40.
- Cost per Teacher Manual: Level 1 = $93.50; Level 2 = $71.50; Level 3 = $49.50.
- Stress Management Techniques audio streaming: $11.00 each.
- Smoking and Biofeedback video streaming: $22.00 each.
Materials costs include price of item plus 10% shipping.
